When I first stumbled upon CCSC, I was quite intrigued. What was so interesting about the program was the idea of living with people from all over the world and working with various agencies servicing people in need. Some major expectations for me were to get to Buffalo and develop a network of people with the common interest of helping one another and others. I truly believe these expectations are getting met. CCSC has allowed me to meet new people specifically people who are dedicated to fighting for a cause. I’m extremely lucky to have joined the program during this crucial time in America because I have had the privilege of fighting for a cause with loving and dedicated people. I’m also very blessed to meet people in my path who are socially and politically conscious while having a deeper love for a higher being. I believe my match is a true heart match. My heart match has allowed me value people not because of their race, religion, or how they look, but simple because of their existence. The commonality of the human condition in my opinion is struggle and existence. I believe I’m blessed to have entered CCSC on many levels.
